Overview
Canyon County Paramedics (CCP) provides pre-hospital 911 Advanced Life Support (ALS) ambulances in Canyon County, Idaho. We operate ambulances out of 5 stations in Nampa, 2 in Caldwell, 1in Middleton, an ALS quick response unit in Wilder, and one 24-hour Battalion Chief to supervise field operations.

Work-Life Balance
We have two shift schedule options: 2 set 24-hour days per week or 2 12-hour day shifts followed by a 24-hour shift. These schedules provide fixed working days that do not rotate each week, providing consistency in your time away from work. Paramedic and EMT Starting Compensation and Benefits

Paramedic - $55,855.09 48-hour week (20.66/h)

AEMT and EMT - $40,740.86 48-hour week (15.07/h)
In addition, CCP offers employees excellent healthcare benefits, including dental and vision, with paid vacation and sick leave. CCP is a member of the Public Employee Retirement System of Idaho (PERSI). We also offer gym membership reimbursement, uniform allowance, and paid off-duty training.
